Having spent more than 25 years immersed in product development, including roles at Nike, Tiffany gained invaluable experience in team leadership and global business dynamics. Inspired by her passion for creating seamless events, she embarked on a new journey five years ago in Sun Valley, Idaho.
In choosing the name Alpen Joy Events, Tiffany drew from her personal roots and aspirations. “Alpen” reflects both the mountainous landscape of Sun Valley, Idaho and her German heritage, while “Joy” embodies the happiness and delight she seeks to bring to her clients’ events, a sentiment close to her heart as it’s also her middle name.
Tiffany’s meticulous attention to detail, combined with her relaxed demeanor, ensures that every occasion is filled with magic. For her, event planning isn’t just a task—it’s an opportunity to create unforgettable relationships and moments that will be treasured for a lifetime.

"Tiffany and Alpen Joy Events went above and beyond to help us make our wedding day possible. We approached Tiffany just 5 weeks before our last-minute wedding and she did not hesitate to help us. She jumped in and started organizing all of the details immediately. She connected us with wonderful vendors, she walked us through different ways to save money, and made sure details we had never thought of were handled with ease. Her connections to local businesses and in the local wedding scene were evident right away. Vendors were more responsive and delighted to help us once they learned that Tiffany was coordinating. She also acted as a bold advocate, negotiating with our venue and making phone calls to ensure everything could be ready in such a short time frame.
She was available by phone, text and email all days of the week and kept us updated on every aspect of her work. When the Big Day finally arrived, she was on top of everything. She prepared our ceremony, table settings, and décor, and even helped us make sure our music was perfectly timed. She understood family dynamics, she managed people and schedules, and made every effort to make it special. Every minute of the night, she was doing something that improved our experience. She was a true professional from start to finish. We feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon Tiffany and AlpenJoy Events."

"Living out of state in Washington and deciding to host a wedding at Sun Valley, Idaho was, at first, a daunting task. However, soon after we discussed Alpen Joy Events and Tiffany's experience, I started to relax. Her input on new ideas, old traditions, and economic choices, when asked, was invaluable. Her assistance with the welcome bags, the rehearsal dinner and the various luncheons we all wanted to host prior to the wedding was nothing short of amazing. As for the wedding day itself, Tiffany was our best friend. She was there with needle and thread, water, so many items that one doesn’t think of before one needs them. As for the wedding itself, her staging the entire ceremony was breathtaking. The encouragement she gave the flower girls and ring bearers was much appreciated, stage fright at that age is understandable. She did manage to get them all to walk down the aisle, bravo!!
As I have said to you on numerous occasions, Tiffany is the BEST. She has a personality that can address the most obnoxious guest with grace and ease, while assisting other guests with their special requests, smiling all the while. I really don’t know how she does it. I have referred several others to her for work in Sun Valley, without a doubt she can assist them in making special birthdays and anniversaries memorable and successful events like she did for us."
